Book Review: Alice In Time By Penelope Bush

Alice is a fourteen year old girl with a little brother and divorced parents. She beleives her mum left her dad and therefore beleives her mum is to blame for everything, therfore her mum is ruining her life. Now, Alice's dad is getting remarried, and to make matters worse Sasha, a girl at Alice's school, hates her and makes life terriable for poor Alice. Alice then meets Seth and thinks things are now looking up. But then she overhears something Sasha says about Seth and is heartbroken.
When alone in the park Alice has a bizzare accident and is sent back to the past- as her seven year old self, through teenage eyes and there she discovers the truth, and realizes that life really wasn't that bad as she had thought.

I give this book 4 stars out of 5.
It is a very good book, and I couldn't put it down, and in fact have read it about five times.
If you like books about teenage girls and time travel then this book may be a great book for you.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

Things are at a crisis point for fourteen-year-old Alice. She beleives that her mum is  ruining her life, her dad is getting remarried, and Sasha, the most popular girl in school, hates her and is always embarrassing her. . . Then a bizarre accident happens, and Alice finds herself re-living her life as a seven-year-old through teenage eyes - and discovering some awkward truths. But can she use her new knowledge to change her own future?
