We all spend a lot of time on the internet.
But we often forget how dangerous the internet can be!
There are people out there who will try and use you and get things from you that they want.
Be careful if you use chat rooms or websites where you talk to other people, as you never know who you are talking to. Remember to ask a parent for help if a problem arises, and don't keep things to yourself. Remember not to give your phone number, full name, or address out to people. Stay safe online.... and keep calm ;)
